As all our designs are individually hand-crafted there may be a slight variation in each item produced.
Once you the client has confirmed wording, layout and colours any further amendments will be charged accordingly.
All colours and images used on the web site may vary slightly from the colours on the product and clients are advised to request samples before ordering.
All designs are covered by Copyright 2004 Durrants English Wedding Collection.
We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost /damaged in transit.
Refunds and exchanges will only be given if the goods are found to be faulty or the specifications of the order have not been met.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Any price increases will not affect orders that have already been placed (where monies have been received).
Designs may be altered or removed from our range at any time although any existing bookings will be honoured as taken where possible. Where changes have to be made due to circumstances beyond our control, we will endeavour to match a design as closely as possible or offer a full refund which will be the limit of our liability.
All deposits are non-refundable except at the discretion of Durrants English Wedding Collection.
If, for any reason you, the client cancel any cheques you have issued to Durrants English Wedding Collection without informing us prior to doing so, you the client, will be liable for any Bank Charges we as a business may incur.
