WHEN SHOULD I ORDER MY STATIONERY? We advise that you send invitations no later than six weeks prior to your wedding day. Twelve weeks is better notice for your guests not forgetting 6-8 weeks notice where possible for us to produce your stationery. We can turn around orders within a week where required, subject to other client commitments.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO COMPLETE? For accessories please allow up to 28 days. For stationery, we agree upon and provide you with a complete schedule, ensuring both parties can provide information and goods as it is required.

IS THERE A MINIMUM I CAN ORDER? Not for our standard ranges and services shown on this site although any bespoke stationery design is subject to a minimum £50 spend. (Initial design fee of £15 for bespoke designs is reimbursed as part payment towards your order).
I WOULD LIKE A BESPOKE DESIGN, WHAT DO I NEED TO DO? Bespoke designs are a wonderful way of expressing your own ideas, to make your wedding day extra special. On the ordering page please request details of the bespoke service.
There is a £15 non-refundable design fee to be paid for the consultation and first proof although this is redeemable against any order placed (minimum order of £50 for bespoke designs).
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO THE DESIGNS? We offer a number of options with our stationery to ensure they meet your requirements (ie colour, font, wording), if you wish to make changes then please feel free to contact us and will try to accommodate your requirements.
HOW DO I ORDER? As all of our stationery is hand crafted by ourselves we can only commit to a limited number of weddings/events in any year. Please call or email in the first instance to ensure we have availability for this service.
We can then provide order forms or take orders via telephone/email as with other non stationery items.
